Solsbury Hill To Be Available For Just One Week Only

4 November 2002

Erasure's forthcoming single Solsbury Hill will be released on two CDs and DVD but will only be available for one week from the 6th January 2003. CD1 will include the Dave Bascombe mix of Solsbury Hill, as well as two original Erasure songs, Tell It To Me and Searching. CD2 will include two remixes of Solsbury Hill, the 37B Mix and the Manhattan Clique Extended Remix as well as the cover of Ave Maria, which didn't quite make it onto the album. The DVD will include the radio mix of Solsbury Hill, as well as the 37B mix of Video Killed the Radio Star and a short film called Dr Jeckyll and Mistress Hyde, which was directed by Vince and stars Andy as a homicidal transvestite(!). You can hear a clip of Solsbury Hill by checking out the EIS website, which also includes Andy and Vince's comments about the album, Other People's Songs.
